I lost my husband after a long illness at the beginning of this year and a few months later ended up in the hospital having emergency surgery for a nearly perforated colon. During this time I suffered a rather rapid weight loss which left me with a rather unsightly drooping neck and jowls. I not only needed to remedy this situation not just for my physical looks but I definitely needed the emotional lift as well. My surgery with Dr. Chen is exactly what I needed and after a fairly short recovery, I feel great and have had endless compliments from my family as well as from friends who didn’t know I had this done and said how “rested” I look now!

Dr. Joyce Chen is a wonderful surgeon as well as being a very kind and compassionate person. She has been completely attentive throughout this procedure and I’ve always left my appointments feeling all my questions have been answered and that she listened to me.
